What to expect after reserving your event.
NOTE: A party questionnaire/confirmation email will be sent within 48 hrs.
Important party details & recommendations:
1. Early Arrival for Setup:
You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party time for setup. Please refrain from arriving before this complimentary 30-minute setup time.
2. Pre-Event Setup Assistance:
For added convenience, consider bringing your pre-assembled decorations or items a couple of days before your party. Our party assistant can then assist in setting everything up to ensure the room is beautifully arranged.
3. Additional Supplies:
If you plan on providing food for your guests, bring extra plates, cups, napkins, and utensils (forks/spoons) to accommodate everyone. You may add-on plates and napkins for an additional fee.
4. Cake and Presents Timing:
If your celebration involves cake cutting and present opening, we recommend scheduling these activities as the last segment of your event. This ensures you can fully enjoy the cake-cutting experience without missing out on playtime.
NOTE: The play area will be temporarily closed for the last 10 minutes to facilitate a seamless transition for the conclusion of your party.
5. Dessert/Gift Cart and Backdrop Options:
Use our dessert/gift cart for added convenience. Our venue also features a backdrop wall with a removable frame (dimensions: 10ft high x 7ft wide). Feel free to personalize this space with special touches like photos or a backdrop to create a unique setting.
6. End Time Policy:
Your event is scheduled to conclude at the specified end time as agreed upon during the booking process.
Prompt Departure - We request your cooperation in promptly vacating the venue within the allocated 15-minute grace period. This ensures that our staff can prepare for the next scheduled event. Failure to adhere to this timing may result in an additional fee of $55.
Decoration/Food - If your event involves elaborate decorations, we recommend planning your celebration timeline carefully to allow sufficient time for cleanup without exceeding the agreed-upon end time. Add-on time is available for purchase for the last event of the day.
Bring any food, NOTE: Food warmers or electric appliances & alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
